Are Samsung backorder dates accurate?

This is a Samsung phone, so I was not expecting that this phone would be in such high demand.

Samsung is the top selling smartphone brand worldwide.  T-Mobile might not have received that shipment yet.  After all, we did have a port strike that delayed a lot of products coming into the country.
