Can't receive photos from one person
Ever since we switched from Verizon, one person in my contacts list can't send me any photos. When she sends it, all I receive is a really long web address that begins with https://ftcontentserver.r...
That really long URL is how MMS (Multi Media Short messages) are transmitted. You get a SMS that contains an address and the phone goes out and fetches the content from that address. Have you reset your network settings? Your MMS APN is probably not correct.
