extra sim card?
We ordered a Samsung S21 5G as part of the merge from Sprint and it arrived with the Sim card in the box and with an additional Sim packaged separately (also listed separately on the packing slip). Both are T-mobile. Does it matter which we use? And what should we do with the other?
I have the same situation. Should I go with the one that came installed in the device, or swap with the "other" sim card in the package?
Yeah apparently it did matter - I had to chat customer service and do a round-robin to get the right cards in the right phones. 🤷🏼♀️ But it's all worked out now.

Do they both say "R15" somewhere on the SIM? If not, use the one that does. Otherwise, it should not matter. Keep the extra one as a spare, in case something goes wrong.
