filing complaints with the BBB
I have contacted T Mobil with the same problems over and over to no avail. I have had enough, I filed with the BBB to try and resolve this issue since T- Mobil does not seem to fix the problems with ...
the site is primarily peer to peer assistance. we tend to recommend people contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..this will land you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.
just make sure to send them a message using one of the above..do not post on their main page.
