as short as possible, phone unusable, got replacment, nothing saved (have backups of contacts and numbers on word)
when I go into app/contacts I can see all my contacts but when I open text or phone none show, is there a way I can move them (Im hoping I dont have to individually add everyone)
all of this should be backed up to Google including app settings etc..unless you turned that off or denied it backing your stuff up.

by chance are the texting app and dialing app requesting access permissions? and how long ago did you get the replacement?
not that I seen, and i just got it this afternoon
its updating to Im waiting for that
so it still might be transferring everything over. usually thats one of the first things to happen. what method are you using to transfer everything from the one device to the new one?
cant transfer from old, that phone wont turn on I was doing it from contact backup in word, once I synced watch all my contacts popped up thank you for your time and help
