Note20 Ultra 5G Groups Texts Messaging issues after recent update
Anyone aware of, or noticing any issues with group texts on their Note 20Us (possibly any other Samsung device?) after the latest software update? I noticed that after the update, any group text...
I am also now having issues with select text messages. Started on October 19th 2021.
I can receive text messages from most people but then not others. But if I text them then they can respond, BUT only later they can't send to me again, But then the weird part is if they do a group chat I am able to receive those texts from them but not seperately.
We tried factory resetting the phone, changing out to a new sim card, resetting networks and nothing works.
T-Mobile specialists have opened a Ticket, and they were able to view and see information of the texts but unable to figure out why I’m not getting the texts.
this all began after the last software, so waiting for the next update to hopefully to will resolve the issue.
