I have also experienced these issues on my One+ 9 Pro since the update this past month. I've experienced the same issues as you, with the dip in frame rate/RAM, the issues with the brightness sensors not working/ uncontrollable, the screen flickering, the thumb sensor not working, and landscape mode going black.
