Ah shucks, I heard of this happening on watches before. A lot of folks found that resetting the device fixes the issue. You should try it if you haven't already. Reconfiguración del aparato: Samsung Galaxy Watch
I had recently closed the line on my watch and the voicemail was stuck on my watch. I solved this by going into my phone to wareables and settings for the watch mobile plan and turning it off. This immediately cleared the voicemail. And It also got rid of the Sim logo on the top of the screen.
