s20 ultra unlocked Sprint/TMobile , i am still in android 11
i have s20 ultra 5g unlocked with Sprint/TMobile and iam still in android 11 and the normal phone is in android 13 , also t-mobile site say that is android 13 ready for s20 series
Is it a Sprint branded or Tmobile branded?
If it's unlocked. What network are you using it on? AT&T is well known for blocking updates for non-AT&T devices. Have you tried manually checking for updates? A factory reset also help. You can also visit the XDA forum to see if you can find the latest firmware available for your device and instructions on how to flash it through Download Mode.
If it is available to upgrade to the newest version from Sprint and you are not getting the update you can use Samsungs Smartswitch.
If you device is UNLOCKED and not carrier branded you should get the update using smartswitch. Also carriers don't have any control updating unlocked devices.
you have the TMO sim card in the phone by now correct? or is it the Sprint one still?
