I had a supervisor reach out to me about a bad review I did... I had been charged for a family plan when I was the only person on my plan.... Resulting in a $50 a month charge for being on a family plan, which should have been a single line plan... I reached out and complained saying why was I... Only one person was on a family plan? T-Mobile did not set me up properly and because of this I had to pay for their mistake... I had removed a person from my plan in January... They didn't remove their phone... Which I thought would be common sense when I asked to remove them completely from my plan .... Nope guess not... So I was paying for this persons phone not knowing "sprint" or "T-Mobile" didn't remove that as well as their line... Like seriously these people are idiots.... So a few months later I call like why is my bill still so high for one person.. it's like $150 a month... So I had to get my ex on the line again! With T-Mobile to approve moving their phone to their own plan... Same thing I had to do with their phone line... So freaking difficult.. that was in about May... It was several months later I reviewed my books again and I'm stillllllllllll like seriously 6 months later being charged too much!!!! They never took me off the family plan... Literally $50 bucks extra a month because I didn't baby sit them. So if you want to have to babysit a company that will absolutely cheat you and over charge you at any moment they can...
