How do I send an email to a cell phone number as a text?

Im getting my email to my text but when I try to look at it it says download, and nothing happens ???
For Windows users there is also Phone Link.
Bluetooth active on PC and phone. QR code to pair.
Unfortunately texting to only 1 number at a time.
