SyncUP Watch 2 not receiving incoming audio texts
My child's SyncUP watch 2 is not receiving incoming audio text messages from contacts. Regular written texts come in, emojis come in, photos come in, phone calls come in, and video chat calls come in...
Not yet. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my Google messages texting app. I've tried various instructions on advice forums regarding settings in my phone. Other MMS messages like pictures go through without issues. I'm going call T-Mobile customer service and see if someone from tech support can help. It's the only issue that I'm experiencing.
