T-mobile stealing my device

I send my device to trade to T-mobile for $ 300 in a very good working conditions. After 10 days, T-mobile tells me that the device is damaged and can offer $ 25 or to return it.

Knowing that I sent it good conditions and i have pictures of the phone, i requested to get back the device.

Now tmobile is telling me we can’t send it back, good by.

Anybody has deal with situation when tmobile get your phone and make it disappeared?

For me they this is an organized thieves organization.

When you send in a device to be traded in.  It is sent to a third party company.  Usually, Assurant.  When you agree to send in a device as a trade-in, you also agree that the device will not be returned to you regardless of the reason.  Assurant assesses the devices and handles the trade-in process.  The quote you get when agreeing to trade in the device is just a guestimate until the device is received and can change based on Assurant's assessment of the device.
