Why continue

We have been T Mobile customers for nearly 20 years, it's very disappointing that T Mobile doesn't extend the same loyalty to their customers, as their customers have shown them. The increasing bills are getting unbearable, extending a reward to customers who have been with you wouldn't hurt your profits much. Loyalty is a rare commodity in cellular service, it's time you recognize us or maybe it's time for us to find better deals.

Loyalty is rare in cellular service, and it's time you recognize and appreciate us, or we might start looking for better deals elsewhere.
