continuous buffering

Streaming at low resolution I get 1-3 minutes then it buffers for 1-3 minutes. Even tho I show Good 5G connection. 3 bars all cellular metrics for 5G are good to excellent. Not really even usable for network browsing on a laptop or notepad. Will not put up with this awful service much longer.
