Why is my phone not getting updates?
My Phone is One Plus 9 5G Single Sim.. It's Run Android 11. But why is the update not coming?
Software updates release in waves and can take weeks to get to everyone. Waiting can be stressful and not fun for anyone. The OnePlus 9 series should be on Android 13 already, so your phone is quite a bit behind.
Where did you purchase your phone? Different carriers have different requirements, so they tend to approve updates at different rates. Android 13 has been completed for OnePlus 9 series for quite a while. A couple things you can do on your phone to prep and install the update are:
- Make sure your phone has at least 15% available memory space and 75% charge.
- Uninstall any third-party battery saver or task manager apps.

- If you are still not seeing an update available, you can master reset your device and check again in the setup wizard.
