Can't accept incoming calls

I have the new iPhone 15 ProMax. When my phone rings, I answer and there is no one there.  I asked a friend to call me and my phone rings and when I answer, her phone continues to ring like the phone hasn't been answered.  I think I have something wrong in the settings, but can't figure it out.

    Hey there @LisaWi Getting a new phone is exciting and to have issues right away is such a bummer. Just checking in on this one to see if you were able to get this resolved.

    is this while connected to wifi/wifi calling or just normal mobile connection to a tower?
