I added a line and even bought 4 phones. When I called, the agent told me that I'm not eligible. And now I am very anxious and frustrated. After all the assurance from the AGENTS that I'll get rebates, I get an information like this. i WAS MISINFORMED AND DECEIVED.

The same thing happened to me 2 years ago . I complained every month explained it to different representatives every mont for 6 - 8 months and gave up . I make the last payment on my 2 free phones this month . I wish I had a better outcome to help you. but I was also lied to numerous times.
