how to cancel my device order stuck in shipping for a week - i aked for expidited

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support by calling them.

Also the phone you ordered may not be in stock so expedite shipping will happen once the  phone is back in stock and shipped.
