Hey, I would like to cancel my services and delete my number as my number has been reported as lost/stolen. I've been trying to connect with your team but I haven't been able to get through. Kindly share with me a direct toll free number to contact you as I'm not in the states at the moment.

I don't personally use Facebook and you can't link to a DM on Twitter. Only the account. The number to reach T-Mobile from an international location is: 1-505-998-3793. A link to the T-Mobile Twitter account is but you will have to have a Twitter/X account to send them a direct message.
There is no toll free international number. Ways to contact T-Mobile by phone are listed at the link.

You can reach out to T-Mobile via DM on either Facebook or Twitter if you can't call number from am international location.
