iPad Apps

Is anyone else having issues with both the T-Mobile and T-Life app loading? I fell asleep while waiting for both to load AFTER I reinstalled with to only wake to them still "Authenticating"? I started the login roughly 12 hours before this screenshot. This was on my iPad, Gen-7.
