iPhone 13 monthly charge

Went to the T Mobile store to get a new iPhone with my wife. She picked an iPhone 13, because the monthly charge was $20 a month. And the iPhone 14 was $30 a month.

That was in November 2023. Every month to date, my bill is charging $30 a month for her iPhone 13? 

Tried to resolve the problem for several months. No resolution, Apparently the T Mobile sales rep., entered $30 a month on the contract, for the iPhone 13. And we didn't take the time to read every line that was entered. 

Has anybody else been a victim of fraudulent business practices when signing up for a new phone at T Mobile?

    There are not enough words to convey how many calls we have made and actions taken to resolve multiple bill disputes.  We changed carriers to join T mobile and this is the worst experience we have had in our 60plus years on the planet.
