photos in imessages show up as heic
we have four new iPhone 15s on the same T-Mobile plan. On only one of the phones, photos that come to my son from his friends show up as HEIC files in iMessages. The only way that I can fix it is to reset the network settings. But then just a few hours to a day later, they are arriving as HEIC files again. ¿Qué sucede?
You might want to reach out.to Apple for more help as Apple iMessage sends and receives messages and files through the Apple servers and does not have anything to do with the carriers.
