T-Mobile Says Warehouse Didn't Find Returned Phone Yet

@Aok303 I am having same exact issue - I returned my phone in April and I have proof of delivery . 1 lbs was scanned as I weighed it at home. I took a video of me dropping it off at ups. It's says delivered at dock at 13704 INDEPENDENCE PARKWAY FORT WORTH TX 76117 on the 23rd . I spoke to a manager and she is saying under policy the the package has to be above 2 lb . I checked the label they created and it says limit 2 lbs . She said she called the wearhouse and the box was empty . The first call they said they can't find anything. They know something is going on but they are trying to make money out of the situation for something that's is an internal issue . I'm not paying I'm def reporting and even looking to sue.
