Sem restriction lifted
I'm the second owner of an iPhone. I need consumers who use other carriers' sem cards. How can I lift the sem card restrictions on iPhone?
Are you a T-Mobile USA customer? If so. Do you meet all of the T-Mobile SIM Unlock Policy requirements for your type of service as a T-Mobile customer?

If the answer is no to either of those, T-Mobile will not SIM unlock your device. If you do meet all of the requirements, including being a current customer. Then you can reach out to T-Mob ile Customer Care at 611 or through Facebook or Twitter via DM to request the SIM unlock. Because you aren't the original owner of the device, that might make the device not eligible to be SIM unlocked.
How can I find the customer service staff of T-mobile from Facebook?
Look for T-Mobile on Facebook and send them a DM. You will need to verify your account with them once an agent replies to you, which can take some time depending on how busy they are.
