T Mobile can’t connect Apple Watch to cellular
I've spent 6 hour on the phone and the store with T Mobile - worse customer service. Watch still doesn't have cellular!!!
I cancelled my watch service because of it. I was with AT&T for years without a problem, as soon as my contract is up I'm going back! Sure, a little more expensive but they know what they are doing, it's worth it to me!
I can’t and won’t recommend T Mobile to anyone.

Same thing happened to me, it's because the phone number connected to the watch that is not your phones number, was deleted off of your T-Mobile online account or detached somehow. You need to factory reset the watch and make sure the digits line is still active and gets reassigned to the watch. Basically does it automatically by walking you through the steps when you pair the phone.
I share this guys rage as I was paying for 5G on the watch for 8 months with no actual internet on the watch. I thought it was a waste of money if I couldn't leave my phone and have my messages go to the watch and working 2 jobs I had no time to swing in to a store til months after coming to conclusions.I am now actually in T-Mobile waiting because my bill was supposed to be credited for each month I paid for digits with no actual service but 2 months later no credit yet.
