T-Mobile Nationwide Service Going Downhill
I took T-Mobile in 2019 when they put towers on the Offshore Oil Platforms where I work. Things seemed to be going great. Then in 2019 they modernized the tower on Dixie Drive in Clute, Texas 77531 and my service went from 4 bars all time inside and outside and they modernized it and the service went to 1 or 2 bars sometimes an none others, dropped calls and missed calls. I have been reporting it for almost four years, the customer service in Philippines is USELESS. Now I am in Lafayette, La for work and up until now I had 4 bars inside and outside the hotel, and fast Hotspot Internet connection. Now in Lafayette, La the signal is 1 or 2 bars, it takes 5 minutes to open a satellite weather page and it never completely opens. What is up with T-Mobile, are they going out of business? A once very satisfied customer, now a very disgusted customer and do not believe anything the Yo Yo s in Philippines tells me.

I am replying to my own question, the service out in the Gulf of Mexico is outstanding, but the towers in the Gulf of Mexico are not maintained by T-Mobile, they are maintained by a communication company in Lafayette, La, people who know what they are doing.

I tried the chat support which is useless

Have you tried changing the settings in network to LTE to see if that helps?

I have tried all of the settings I am a Computer Automation Specialist, and have even reset the T-Mobile towers in the Gulf of Mexico, I know how the Tower Equipment works. The problem is not my phone it is the service on the Tower in Clute, Texas 77531 on Dixie Drive and now the service that was excellent in Lafayette, La is now almost non-existence.

There seems to be a general trend of downhill service on land. The Offshore Towers are excellent, but they are not maintained by T-Mobile

the offshore towers are excellent because there are only a handful of people connecting to them at once lol..

You are wrong all the Large Ships, Cruise Ships, Fishermen, and some of the deep water platforms have hundreds of people, one of the deep water hotel platforms has three hundred people on it, as well as the multiple supply ships that come out there, some of the support helicopter companies now use them.
