tried to watch to Netflix. but it keeps direct me hub website

I’m new to T mobile. Just opened account this morning. 
 

I’ve been trying to log-in T mobile website to watch Netflix, 

 

but once I logged in, it automatically goes to tfb.t/mobile.com. 

I only can see billing stuff there. 

 

Why am I automatically directed to Hub?

What can I do in this situation? 
 

Talked to the Customer service for 1hour, didn't know either. Chat agent asked me to call again.. 

 

so frustrating service here.
