why does my daughters text messages not on phone bill

For the past 3 months my daughters messages from her iphone are not going to the bill usage data or all the phone calls. I have checked her phone and seen multiple messages. I just want to be able to know the phone numbers and times they are sent.  i am the account holder. i can see that i sent her a message but does not appear in her line.
