being charged for months. no account no service
Charged with no service or number activated!!!
Got an alert on my credit card that I never use. Since April t mobile has been charging me 59.70$ every month. I ordered a SIM card from them for 14.99$ and never received it. I was going to switch my current number from Verizon to t mobile but being that I never received the SIM card I never got that far. Come to find out they have me on autopay but I can't log in to see the account bc there's no phone number linked to it. I have emails with order number for the SIM card but nothing about autopay for any service. Chat gave me the righamoral now I have to pay more money to go into the store with Uber. All I want is a refund. Nothing was ever activated, I didn't get one payment email about the charges nor did I ever receive a paper bill each month. For four months! And no receipts? How can a company do business like this. Should I get an attorney involved? Try to handle it with their support but all they tell me is they can't locate the account so there's nothing they can do go to the store. Unacceptable. The account exists bc it's been charged for months now. Explain that

What's BBB? How do I do that?? I just came from the actual store. Waited for 45 minutes while the agent had another agent on speakerphone . He found the account and charges and even mentioned how no data texts or calls have been made on the account for four months and no number was linked to the account. He had us on hold while he awaited supervisor approval of a refund. Didn't get there though. They said they have to file paperwork with the fraud department and it's going to be 4-6 business days. And still didn't give me confirmation that I'd definitely be getting a refund. The agent the store agent called immediately expressed concern for the situation and expressed that it wasn't okay. He thought the whole situation was very odd. All the store agents were baffled too. Yet his supervisor hasn't issued the refund. Such righamoral. Not one text email or document sent to me that shows I was being charged each month except the actual credit card statement. How can they charge people monthly with no receipt? Paperless or not that's unacceptable. They should be apologizing and giving me a refund immediately. Yet it's still undecided so 4-6 business days we wait. Now I am calling my credit card company to contest the charges.

The more I read on this community board the more worried I become that I will never be refunded. Hundreds of people still being changed after cancellation?? I never even activated service and they charged me for four months. I take responsibility for not noticing right away but how can they do business like this. Buying off people that allow them to get away with this seems the only answer.
