Ported out/Cancelled Account on Autopay
I ported out to USMobile since I am currently based in South Korea. However, I did not cancel auto-pay before porting out. I just wanted to make sure that my last bill will be charged to my card on autopay so I do not owe anything with TMobile. Do I need to contact them to cancel autopay? Once they charge my card for the final bill, I should not have any additional charges since my bill will be zero right? Do you recommend that I still have to contact them to cancel autopay?

I did not cancel my account, apparently. Today I tried to get into my account to make sure I pay what I owe ahead but because my number was ported out, my account was automatically disabled. When I searched on TMobile website regarding porting out, the steps did not include calling them beforehand to cancel the account. Thank you for helping me out and giving the number, I will give them a call and make sure this gets settled soonest.

Did you cancel your account with T-Mobile after porting out? Porting out does not cancel or close your account.
