Precio Fijo
On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to my price lock GUARANTEE? You can charge more to new customers, but do not change the terms of our contract!! Eventually we will age out….

Everyone should open up a complaint with the FCC. It will take 5 minutes or less.
Do you have the link to FCC complaint option?

It sounds like the Magenta plans are safe for now and it's the Simple Choice and One plans plus the grandfathered Sprint plans.
Going to be either a $2 a line or $5 a line increase depending on the plan.
Wait for new decreased throttling (deprioritization - Not even a word in my dictionary) ) limits kick in. My cell is still OK, but my Home Internet is down to a hard limit of 50 Mbs. Usually get 150-200. No one at T-Mobile tech support even mentioned thus. 4 chat sessions, chasing my tail, with no mention of this probable cause. They even offered me a "new" gateway but it was the prior generation SAG FAST5688W 5G GATEWAY. Same specs as kVD21 I've had for 2 years. Has anyone experienced any success in having changes reversed? ¿Cómo?
they were super sleazy, anti-customer making these changes. And even if you look up your plans, the naming is still the same, though they have moved you to new @worse" plan.

My husband and I are both on this 55+ plan that they are now increasing, after their lies of never increasing in price as long as you have the plan! We signed up in 2017 when we saw the tv add promising 2 lines, with autopay, 60.00 and it would NEVER increase. We switched plans because of this. Not only did the tv ad state all this at 1:00 am, when we went into the T-Mobile store, the rep insured us that what we saw was 100% correct and would never go up! Something needs to be done for all of us seniors on this promised plan because I'm sure this is only the beginning of price hikes to come. This is surely a breach of contract! We have kept our end and now TMobile is completely taking advantage of we seniors that already have a difficult time making ends meet! I'm going to file also with the FCC as well as the Attorney General and the local news stations. Totally unfair practice!!!

Lies Lies and more Lies that they won't honor what we all were told about our old price lock senior plans.. And when you call, everyone got programed to say NO we never had a price lock senior plan! Then they put you on hold like they are reading something but really going to the bathroom to see if something is said on our plans.. Then come back after their break and say no I don't see anything on your plan...REALLY!! They are all programed to lie to all of us!
Yes! I was told I signed up for an "Un-contract" plan! Wrong… back in 2017 I signed up for a price locked 55+ OnePlan where only I could change the contract SMH Hopefully enough people fill out the FCC complaint!

I sent a copy of the senior times to the FCC which clearly states that the magenta 55+ plans are guaranteed not to go up in price! The FCC says T-Mobile has 14 days to respond. Waiting to see what T-Mobile says about that! I'm sure they will try to get out of that with some other they saying!

It was my understanding when we signed up for the Magenta package that we had a Price Lock Guarantee. As of this month, we were sent a notice that they are going up $10 on our monthly payment. Is the "guarantee" not a guarantee for a Price Lock?
It's looking that way. We've all reported it to the FCC @ https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us

I have Magenta Max as well (my husband and oldest daughter on the line too since I bought it over 5 years ago). I found out T Mobile gives benefits to Military Veteran's so on Friday - June 28th, I uploaded my Military Veteran's information. This morning, Tuesday - July 02nd, I was greeted with my over 5 year old, 3 line Magenta Max plan UP BY $4!!! This might not be as bad as others, but my line was SUPPOSE to be $140 FOR GOOD or actually CHEAPER with the added MILITARY VETERAN'S BENEFITS!!! I EXPECT THIS INDECENT TREAMENT FROM VERIZON!!! So yeah, if anyone here is pushing a lawsuit, COUNT ME IN!!!!!

I highly recommend filing a complaint against T-Mobile with the Federal Communications Commission. The online process only takes five (5) minutes. If enough T-Mobile customers complain loudly and forcefully, perhaps the FCC will do something. We have nothing to lose by taking a shot. Here is the link: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us
Just filled a complaint with the FCC. Yes, it takes 5-10 minutes. I certainly agree that this is a breach in T-Mobiles advertised promise to seniors. This means an additional $120/year for our two lines. I can fully understand raising the rates for new customers but not for your long- time senior customers. I have a similar situation with my Allstate insurance company. They would love my to get off my old policy that they no longer offer, but this company absorbs the loss in order to keep their word. I would hope that T-Mobile would likewise keeps its promises to its longtime senior customers.
