being overcharged on a 24 month payoff plan?
Has anyone else been charged more than 24 months on a 24 month payoff plan? I am now being charged several months past the 24 months and still have a balance! As you can see below I am paying install...
That is definitely odd. There are parent plans that do go as long as 36 months. You should give Customer Care a call at 611 or send a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to have someone that can access your account look into this.
