MY BILL HAS GONE FROM $66 to$97 IN FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!! WHY?!

Why is T-Mobile messing with their customers?  This is not okay.  What ever happened to knowing what your bill is every month?  I am VERY dissatisfied.  Looking for a new carrier.  This is complete BS.
