why you guys turn my phone off all we own is 69 dollars we have been paying the bill on 2 payment agrument so this is we need are phone cuz are kids are in school we dont have the money until may first to get it turn back on
i have 3 lines but some reason i see a 4th line that i dont have a phone for this number and my bill should be reduce the number i notice was 984-300-8478, im not aware of this number..Can you please look into

If both phones have physical Sims you just need to swap Sims.
US mode iPhone 15's are dual eSIM. Transferring an eSIM from one device to another can be a little complicated due to you wanting to potentially. Whether you have a pSIM or eSIM in the XR just makes it complicated because you don't want to take the chance of converting a pSIM to an eSIM and then have it overwritten by the other eSIM in a transfer and then you have the complicated mess of trying to get the eSIM from the XR to the 15. It might be easiest to just visit your local T-Mobile store and have them do it for you.
