Prepaid autopay balance first not working
Hi! Thank you for your help.
I have an autopay renewal saying it will use prepaid service balance first and I have 3 time the amount of the month cost on my balance. So why it is not using my balance first?

you might opt to contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents. just send them a direct message. do not post on their main pages.
