false advertising
l have spent the past 3 weeks, about 10 hours on the phone with customer care trying to fix a mistake that was made by a representative. I upgraded to Go 5g next and traded my iPhone 13 in for the $1...
I actually like T- Mobile but their false advertising is annoying and I think illegal. Verison and T-Mobile recently paid a fine for false advertising but they have not stopped with BS "free" NOT offers. They say it's fee but it's not.
