false advertising
l have spent the past 3 weeks, about 10 hours on the phone with customer care trying to fix a mistake that was made by a representative. I upgraded to Go 5g next and traded my iPhone 13 in for the $1...
Wow. So many customers with the same story. Lied to by T Mobile. I was at Costco was told the same BS my phones were paid off all I wanted to do was get a better rate then Verizon . Well shame on me for falling for the reps lies and the general manager lies. Going to pay the crooks off and switch back to Verizon . T Mobile service is horrible as well.
