5g signal seriously degraded
What do i do if my 5g internet signal is only a fraction of what it was before a Tropical storm moved through?

- Use social media (Twitter/Facebook), T-Mobile app with messaging and get ‘advanced technical support to report the issue
- Dial 611 and ensure that you escalate to ‘Advanced Technical Support’ for service and describe the issue
I suspect that this won’t be an immediate or ETA issue.
