Apps not working without Wifi
My son was having issues with using any of his apps without wifi. Therefore, we purchased a new phone for his birthday and it is also having the same issue. I have seen others post with a similar issue but never any resolutions.
We have chat with TMobile, they reset the eSIM with no luck of correcting this issue. We tried a few other options as well with no luck. Please help!
eSim phones have settings to designate which SIM is used for data. Is there a setting that says "Don't use this one." Do you have any family restrictions set? Just a couple of WAGs.

Hey there @SportsFam Just checking in to see if you were able to get your son's phone working on the cellular data. It is pretty much the most important thing on phones nowadays, so we want to make sure it is working for you.
