buying unlocked phones from china
I just bought an OPPO find n from china. It is 5g, 4g, LTE. for now it works fine. Tmobile at the store said once it gets rid of 2g network in July those phones would not work anymore. ibut when I asked the seller. They said yes it will. Is this true

Yes, but T-Mobile sells OnePlus devices but not Oppo devices.

What the seller says, I hope is correct. The only Chinese phones outside of OnePlus that sometimes have working VoLTE that I have personally tried, is my Xiaomi MI MIX 3.
here is what the seller sent me.My friend, please check the attachment. It is compatible with tmobile's network. The phone has volte turned on by default. It can be used as long as it shows 4g.
With 5G, you will only get data on n41 and N66, if the area you are using it in even has those. n41 will more than likely be old Sprint repurposed spectrum. For 4G, it has 2, 4, 12, 41, and 66.
Being a Chinese phone, it more than likely does not support the default (what T-mobile uses) implementation of VoLTE and WiFi Calling. Devices will soon be required to be VoLTE compatible with T-Mobile or cease to work for calling.
