cannot connect to data in Europe.
I am in the Netherlands and my phone will not connect to data. I have the magenta plus plan. My wife is on the same plan and she gets data here. Our phones are on the same settings. I get bars for phone but no data symbols.
Do you have roaming enabled? Is your device compatible for data with the roaming partner's network?
First thing I'd do is check in my phone's settings to see if Data Roaming is disabled. In my phone, it's under "SIM & network settings". If that's OK, I'd call T-Mobile at +1-505-998-3793. It's a free call from a T-Mobile phone. Also, look at the Lista de control del roaming internacional.
