Cellspot

I had nothing but the top 2 lights blinking for over about 2 weeks so I unplugged the Ethernet cord and a couple weeks later asked to return the CellSpot. I received a return shipping label but decided to check it one more time. Plugged the Ethernet cable back into a port on my router and within a few minutes all lights were solid green. Only problem now is that I can't get my phone to stay on the CellSpot. I've learned that if I plug my phone in to charge, it will disconnect from the CellSpot, and if I turn wifi off or restart my phone it will suddenly find it. When it's connected to the CellSpot I get full bars at 5G. Can't figure out why it doesn't stay on the cell spot while I'm home.
