new phone cellular is off

    Make sure you do one of two things:

    1. If your phone uses an eSIM, you will need to activate it. iPhones can do this without needing to call Tmobile support. Some Android phones can as well. Otherwise, call Tmobile support to activate.
    2. If you have a physical SIM, then you have two options - if you are upgrading from a phone on Tmobile, just take the SIM out of the old phone and insert into new phone. If this is a new phone for a new line, you will need to activate. Again depending on your phone you may be able to do this without contacting Tmobile support, but you can call them otherwise.
