Contact TMobile
I need to contact T-Mobile regarding internet. i signed up but they sent the gateway device to my address and street but the wrong city and state. It took 45 minutes with support, for which they wanted to charge me $35, to fix. The fix was to order a new device. The device mailed to the wrong state was returned by recipient. But now I am getting billed for two internet accounts. One here one in the wrong state. I called support and was told it would be a half hour, but enter 4 and they'll call me back. That was an hour ago. I thought they'd be more anxious to charge me $35 support fee but no.
Is there a way besides phone that i can contact T-Mobile to get the account fixed?
