Data Issue

Is anyone having issues with some apps while on data? My email will not update, nor will Insta. YouTube does not work and the app I use to share my and my kids location does not locate them. While on home wifi, all is ok. This started with Tuesday or Wednesday of this week.

Customer service had me rest my network and that seemed to work only in the immediate moment. I found in the community a similar issue 2 years ago. 

I have an Samsung Galaxy A71 for reference.
