Dude all I'm seeing from you in your post are complaints. If you are so unhappy with T-Mobile, why are you a customer. There are a number of other providers you can choose from so why this 1? 

This is and always has been a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation.

A few years back T-Force use to monitor these boards but they went to Tmobile social media accounts for support.
