Dropped calls in Lake Oswego Oregon are getting worse - 2 hours on phone with Tmobile got nowhere
The cell service to my house used to be OK, but within the last 6 months we get one bar and dropped calls all the time. I called the "service" department. Got a representative in India or someplace. ...
Regarding the crappy service and constant dropped calls I can second that I am experiencing the same issue and have been for almost a year now. Recently a TMobile tech associate was attempting to help resolve my issues once again and they shared with me that the tower closest to me isn't close enough to give me a proper signal and that another tower installation nearby would resolve my issue 😆 Furthermore I went on to find out the nearby towers are actually owned by Verizon and just leased out by TMobile. I also read that since their latest move to a 'new and improved 5G network' actually doesn't work for most phones that aren't brand new. Another thing is that supposedly service is 'deprioritized' with no further explanation. I'm switching providers today... ¡Buena suerte!
