Dropped calls in Lake Oswego Oregon are getting worse - 2 hours on phone with Tmobile got nowhere
The cell service to my house used to be OK, but within the last 6 months we get one bar and dropped calls all the time. I called the "service" department. Got a representative in India or someplace. ...
Wake up Tmobile! When you make it hard for people to use your service, and brush off problems to a distant call center where they don't know what they're doing, you will lose customers. Me included.
