Elderly has lost ability to use iphone XV
My family cant be the only ones that have gone through this. So here it goes. Elder parent has lost capacity to use iphone XV. I have looked online and saw a smart phone called Jitterbug Smart4 . Fewer icons and next to the icon it clearly states what its for (example: phone or texting, email etc).
Question: since it is a smart phone, can this phone be added to our existing TMobile account?
From a quick search, the site that lists them seems to have their own plans for them. I don't know if those devices are carrier locked or not and I didn't see anything related to what network compatibility they have.

Perhaps an Android device might work better for your elderly person. My 89 year old grandmother uses a Pixel 6 without any issues. Their device looks like an Android based TCL phone that is more than likely subsidized by the cost of their service.

Thank you for responding. Not sure what all that stuff is but still appreciated.

As long as the device is compatible with T-Mobile's supported bands, VoLTE, and VoNR.
